What is the impact of culture on our lives? Human beings are living under the terms of collaboration. If it were the other way around, we wouldn’t have the world that we see and experience today. The only thing that differentiates us is our calibre. If you grow up with the value of antagonism, it couldn’t be possible that you would become a defensive car driver, or a fair contractor doing a job. Principled negotiation originates from a series of social interactions we experience during our growing up and forges us into better individuals. The people we consort with at school are the people we are going to be dealing with later in work and life. The world is not perfect but if we don’t try to make it better is only to become worst.
